We are looking for a

proactive and dependable Accountant

to manage financial operations and support our growing multi-vertical structure.

Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting:

Maintain books of accounts (Tally & Zoho Books preferred) Manage accounts receivable & payable Daily cash flow tracking & bank reconciliation Monthly P&L, balance sheet, and MIS report preparation Cost analysis and budgeting support

Statutory Compliance:

GST calculations, payments & return filings TDS payment and returns PF, ESI & Professional Tax handling Support in ROC and auditor documentation

Documentation & Coordination:

Maintain vouchers, ledgers & supporting documentation Coordinate with banks for OD / loan documentation Track staff loans and inter-company accounts Support internal audits and accounts finalisation

Process Support & Improvement:

Ensure timely statutory submissions Suggest process improvements in accounting & documentation Coordinate across multiple company entities within the group Assist in training branch accounting resources (if required)

Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent 2-5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing/export industry preferred)

Strong proficiency in Tally & MS Excel is mandatory

Working knowledge of Zoho Books - preferred

Good understanding of GST & TDS compliance Analytical mindset and attention to detail Ability to coordinate across departments
