Job Description

Bookkeeping:

Recording daily financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payments

Account Management:

Assisting in maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and monitoring accounts payable/receivable

Reporting:

Preparing financial reports, summaries, and assisting with budget tracking

Administrative Support:

Filing documents, managing correspondence, and supporting audits

Compliance:

Ensuring records meet legal and company standards, supporting tax preparation, and assisting with payroll

Numerical accuracy & attention to detail

- essential for error-free bookkeeping

IT proficiency

- especially in accounting software like

Tally,

Zoho

Communication skills

- to liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams

Organizational ability

- managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Analytical mindset

- spotting discrepancies and supporting financial decision-making

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
