We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accountant with telecalling skills
to manage day-to-day accounting operations and coordinate with clients/vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to handle follow-up calls.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records.
Handle accounts receivable and payable.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain GST records, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
Telecalling & Coordination
Follow up with clients regarding payments, invoice status, and documentation.
Call vendors for bill clarifications, payment status, and material confirmations.
Provide updates to clients about billing, project-related documents, and due payments.
Maintain call logs and communication records.
Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP (as applicable).
Good communication & telecalling confidence.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
