Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various financial tasks, including managing financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The Accounts Executive will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data while contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records on time. Handle

Accounts Payable (AP)

and

Accounts Receivable (AR)

efficiently. Process invoices, payments, and receipts. Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts. Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports. Manage

GST and TDS filing

and ensure compliance with all regulations. Coordinate with teams and vendors for billing and payments. Follow up on outstanding payments. Assist in

internal and external audits

with required documents. Support other finance and accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles with hands-on experience in

GST

. Strong

communication

and

email correspondence

skills. Education -

Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree

in

Commerce

. Proven

1-4 years of experience

as an

Accounts Executive

. The candidate should have

at least 1 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

. Must possess

own laptop

to work.
