Undergraduate / MBA in Sales- Marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

inancial Knowledge:

Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills

Other:

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Knowledge of real estate software a plus

Job Summary

Responsible for Industrial, Logistics & Warehousing leasing/land business in the assigned location/region. Identify new business opportunities in the area of Industrial & Logistics Real Estate. Plan and execute assignment/s. May take control, documentation and issues pertaining to the project/s Review & prepare presentations, proposals. Provide inputs and solutions. Gather information through research; understand clients need and their business, provide timely responses to and listed timely responses from clients. Track purposes in appropriate databases. Keep abreast with new developments pertaining to business. Prepare reports on a(n) entity's/property's financial position outlining assumptions and valuation. May provide technical inputs, analysis and provide alternate solutions Interact with team members & clients, with respect to analysis/information
