We are looking for an experienced
Accounts Executive
with strong knowledge of
Zoho Books
to manage and oversee our day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience in accounts management, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using
Zoho Books
.
Record and reconcile all financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
Handle accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments, and vendor/customer accounts.
Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Generate and share financial reports with management for decision-making.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
.
3-5 years of experience
as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
Strong working knowledge of
Zoho Books
(mandatory).
Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Pay: ?15,000.16 - ?20,000.28 per month
