Key Responsibilities:
Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable:
This includes processing invoices, paying vendors, and collecting payments from customers.
Maintaining Financial Records:
Keeping accurate records of all financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and inventory.
Assisting with Financial Reporting:
Preparing reports for management, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensuring Financial Compliance:
Working with other departments to ensure that all financial transactions are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Budgeting and Reconciliation:
Assisting with the preparation of budgets and reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
Working with Other Departments:
Collaborating with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Managing Export Documentation:
In some cases, they may also be responsible for preparing export documents, such as commercial invoices and packing lists.
