Enseigner Private Limited is hiring an experienced

Accounts Executive

with a strong background in

Tally Prime and billing operations

. We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day accounting tasks, billing, and financial reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

billing, invoicing

, and financial transactions using

Tally Prime

(mandatory).

Maintain accurate

bookkeeping and financial records

.

Handle

vendor payments, receipts

, and daily accounting operations.

Reconcile

bank statements

and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare financial reports, ledgers, and assist with audits.

Monitor

petty cash

and expense tracking.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including

GST, TDS

, etc.

Coordinate with auditors and support internal departments.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Tally Prime

(mandatory).

Strong knowledge of

billing processes

and basic taxation.

Sound understanding of

accounting principles

.

Good command over

MS Office tools

(Excel, Word).

High level of

accuracy, responsibility, and integrity

.

Good

communication

and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience

in accounting and billing roles (mandatory).
