Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
Identify new business opportunities and drive B2B sales efforts to achieve growth targets.
Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Leverage Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior sales staff and sharing best practices.
Skills
Proven experience in negotiation and closing deals in a competitive environment.
Strong background in business development, particularly in B2C sales contexts.
Familiarity with technology sales, including understanding technical products and services.
Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent initiative.
Experience in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
