6 Months to 2 years (or as required)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.

Maintain and update billing records in Tally and other accounting software.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.

Coordinate with clients regarding billing queries, payment follow-ups, and invoice clarifications.

Assist in reconciliation of accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies.

Support basic accounting activities such as data entry, voucher preparation, and record maintenance.

Prepare periodic reports on billing status, receivables, and collection performance.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory).

Good understanding of billing processes and accounts receivable.

Strong communication and client coordination skills.

Basic accounting knowledge.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
