Job Title: Accounts Executive (Tally & MIS Executive)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our team and support our accounting and management information systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Tally software, generating MIS reports, and providing data analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tally Management:

- Maintain and update Tally software

- Ensure accuracy and timely posting of financial transactions

- Generate financial reports and statements

2. MIS Reporting:

- Generate MIS reports as required by management

- Analyze data and provide insights for business decisions

- Develop dashboards and visualizations as needed

3. Accounting and Financial Management:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts

- Reconcile bank statements and accounts

4. Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data

- Ensure data integrity and security

- Reconcile and resolve discrepancies

5. Compliance and Regulatory:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

- Prepare and file statutory returns and reports

- Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities

6. Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvement

- Implement changes to improve efficiency

- Collaborate with teams to implement changes

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Tally software

- MS Excel and Google Sheets skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong communication skills
