Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking. Record and reconcile financial transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred). Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Maintain accurate client and vendor records. Support audits, tax filing, and other statutory requirements. Provide administrative and financial support to the management team. Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and banks as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance role. Hands-on knowledge of

QuickBooks

or other accounting software (preferred). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications. Attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

sales tax compliance, payroll processing, and reconciliations

. Familiarity with preparing documentation for

IRS filings and audits

. Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
