Job Title: Account Executive

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or a related degree.

Experience:

4+ years of experience in

GST, TDS, and Tally

.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and tax filing portals

.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

tax laws, compliance, and accounting standards

.

Attention to Detail:

Accuracy in financial calculations and tax filings.

Communication Skills:

Ability to coordinate with clients, auditors, and tax authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate books of accounts using

Tally ERP/Prime

.

GST Compliance:

Prepare and file

GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)

, handle GST reconciliations, and ensure compliance with GST laws.

Income Tax & TDS:

Calculate and file

TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.)

, handle TDS deductions, payments, and ensure timely compliance. Assist in the preparation of Income Tax returns.

Bank Reconciliation:

Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Invoice & Payments:

Manage vendor invoices, process payments, and oversee accounts payable/receivable.

Financial Reports:

Prepare

profit & loss statements, balance sheets, tax reports

, and other financial reports as required.

Audit Support:

Assist in audits, liaise with auditors, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Payroll Processing:

Handle salary processing, PF, ESI, and other payroll-related tasks.
