Preparing and maintaining financial records, invoices, and receipts
Record daily financial transactions and update accounting systems
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and documentation
Assist during audits by providing required documentation
Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding accounts-related queries
Required Skills and Qualifications
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Bank reconciliation
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 04 Years of experience in an accounting or finance role
Proficient with Tally ERP or accounting systems
