About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced

Senior Account Executive

to lead and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring

8+ years of accounting expertise

, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the

seeds or agriculture industry

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities including financial transactions, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Handle all taxation matters including

GST, income tax, and audit compliance

. Prepare and present accurate financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. Oversee

accounts payable and receivable

operations. Strengthen and streamline

financial controls, reporting systems, and processes

. Coordinate effectively with internal teams, statutory bodies, and external auditors for smooth financial audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory:

Proficiency in

Tally ERP

for accounting and financial management. Strong knowledge of

financial regulations, taxation laws, and compliance procedures

. Proven ability to

analyze financial data

and deliver actionable insights. Excellent

problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

. Prior experience in the

seeds industry (preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
