Record sales, purchase, expense vouchers, and bank entries
Assist in
GST filing
(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and basic reconciliations
Support
PF & ESI
calculations, challans, and returns
Assist in
Taxation
activities (TDS, basic Income Tax support)
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required
Administrative Responsibilities:
Handle general office administration and documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance records
Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, and utilities
Support HR and management in daily administrative tasks
Ensure proper filing and record maintenance (physical & digital)
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of
Accounting Principles
Hands-on or theoretical knowledge of
SAP / Zoho Books / Tally Prime / ERP
Understanding of
GST, PF, ESI, and Taxation
Basic knowledge of
Payroll processing
Proficiency in
MS Excel & MS Office
Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Fresher /Internship or upto
1 year of experience
Accounting or admin internship/training preferred
Willingness to learn and multitask
Ability to work independently and in a team
