We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to manage client relationships, understand their business needs, and deliver the best solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales knowledge, and the ability to handle client accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions or services.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services or products.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales or account targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
A customer-focused attitude with a strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
