Job summary
We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas within the SaaS industry.
Key responsibilities
Pipeline management
: Manage a robust sales pipeline by qualifying inbound leads and proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound channels.
Solution selling
: Conduct deep discovery calls to understand a prospect's business challenges and effectively articulate how our SaaS solution can solve their specific pain points.
Product demonstrations
: Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demos to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Negotiation and closing
: Lead commercial negotiations, manage the legal and procurement process, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Cross-functional collaboration
: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer needs are met, provide product feedback, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
CRM and reporting
: Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, opportunities, and communications in our CRM (Zoho), and provide regular updates on pipeline and forecasts.
Market expertise
: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to continuously improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2-5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience with a history of exceeding quotas.
Expertise in consultative and value-based selling.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
CRM proficiency (Zoho or others).
Results-oriented work ethic.
Preferred qualifications
Experience B2B sales.
Familiarity with sales methodologies.
Experience with sales engagement tools.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
