We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Expert to strengthen our
sales and marketing
pipeline. This is a quota-carrying role where you will manage the complete sales lifecycle--from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure. The role requires strong ownership, data-driven execution, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships across IT services and digital solutions. Your work directly supports business growth and ensures a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute
B2B lead generation
strategies across LinkedIn, email, CRM tools, and industry platforms.
Build, manage, and nurture a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports within CRM systems.
Negotiate commercials, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
Build long-term relationships with clients to support repeat business and account growth.
Track
KPIs
and ensure consistent delivery of targeted lead volumes.
Eligibility (Must-Have):
4-6 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account executive role.
Mandatory experience in a quota-carrying role, managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skill.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize sales funnels.
Ability to work independently with strong ownership and consistency.
Knowledge of enrichment tools such as
Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or Clearbit.
Nice to Have
Experience selling IT services, SaaS, low-code, CRM, or digital transformation solutions
Exposure to BFSI, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, or enterprise IT domains
Understanding of inbound and outbound sales strategies at scale
Familiarity with sales forecasting, revenue planning, and account expansion strategies
