Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Executive with strong expertise in ADP Payroll and familiarity with Amazon DSP accounting processes. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with U.S.-based clients, manage full-cycle accounting operations, and contribute to financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounting for Amazon DSP operations Process ADP payroll, including driver bonuses and deductions Prepare and analyze financial and performance reports Coordinate with clients to ensure the accuracy of financial data Handle accounts payable and receivable, and assist with tax filings
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll Preferred: Experience in Amazon DSP accounting Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting tools Knowledge of U.S. Payroll processes and GAAP Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
