Accounts Executives (Freshers)

to support our

US logistics operations

. The role involves handling

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

functions and offers excellent exposure to international accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (AR):

Preparing and issuing invoices to clients Tracking outstanding payments and maintaining AR records Assisting with payment follow-ups and reconciliations Maintaining AR aging reports

Accounts Payable (AP):

Verifying vendor and carrier invoices Assisting in processing payments to vendors/carriers Maintaining AP records and payment schedules Vendor reconciliation support

General Accounting:

Data entry and record maintenance Assisting in month-end reports Coordinating with internal teams Following company accounting policies and timelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers welcome

Female candidates preferred

Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (AR/AP) Willingness to work

night shift

Good communication and coordination skills
