Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and committed

Accounts Executive

to support our finance and accounting operations. The right candidate should have strong practical experience in accounting entries, GST, TDS, financial records, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting operations and data posting in accounting software Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor ledgers, and reconciliation Prepare vouchers, invoices, debit/credit notes, and maintain supporting documentation Assist in preparation and filing of

GST returns, TDS working, and related statutory compliance

Perform bank reconciliations and track expenses, receipts, and payments Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent qualification Minimum

2-3 years

of hands-on accounting experience Basic knowledge of

GST, TDS, and accounting concepts

Good command of MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
