Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced

Account Executive (Senior Level)

with strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing complete accounting functions and supporting financial decision-making with accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete accounting operations including ledger posting, reconciliation, and account finalization Prepare and file

GST Returns

(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST Annual Return) Handle

TDS calculation, deduction, challan payments, and TDS return filing

Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and maintain regulatory documentation Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS statements, and expense summaries Review and verify vendor invoices, purchase bills, and payment processing Assist in internal/external audits and coordinate with auditors Maintain accurate books of accounts and support senior management with financial insights Guide junior accounting staff when required

Requirements

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Experience:

2-5 years in Accounting (specialized in GST & TDS)

Software Skills:

Tally ERP, Busy, MS Excel Strong understanding of

GST laws, TDS sections, reconciliation, and accounting standards

Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to work independently with responsibility and accuracy
