Qualifications:

B.Com & M.Com (Compulsory) Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GST/TDS compliance Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software Excellent analytical and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial entries Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and MIS reports Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.) Assist in audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors Support management with budget planning and cost control Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions
