We are seeking for Accounts Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support compliance and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
Assist in preparation of invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
Support in preparation of GST returns and TDS filings.
Assist in bank reconciliation.
Update and maintain accounting records.
Work on monthly and yearly closings.
Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications:
B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree in accounting/finance.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Good understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
