to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, Billing, and assisting with financial reporting and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions (AP/AR, journals, ledgers)
Prepare invoices and bank reconciliations
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial documentation
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (Freshers may also apply)
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/SAP, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to Have (Mandatory):
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Experience working with ERP systems
