Seeking a Finance Executive with 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Banking. Must have expertise in Excel, Tally, and tax filing (GST/TDS/Income tax).
Key Responsibilities:
1.Candidate to have strong knowledge of Accounting principle, Finance, Taxation and banking.
2.Candidate have depth knowledge of Excel and Tally.
3.Preparation and filing of Direct and indirect taxes. ( GST/TDS/Income tax).
4.Candidate should prepare Quotation, proposal, Proforma invoice, tax invoice, for all the project.
5. Candidate should maintain all the client and company information in both softcopy as well as hard copy.
6.Assit auditors with all the financial record needed for filing return.
7. Candidate should handle payrolls and other banking transaction.
8.Maintain Cash book as well as bank Reconciling.
9. Record all transactions accurately and reconcile accounts.
10. Prepare balance sheets, income statements and other reports, Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
11. Consult management on financial strategy.
12. Guiding month, quarter and year-end close processes.
13.Payment follow up with client.
14. Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
15. Conduct financial analysis, to support decision-making and strategic planning.
16. Monitor and manage cash flows to ensure liquidity for daily operations and strategic investments. Forecast cash needs and optimize cash utilization.
