Job Summary:

Leveza Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented

Accounts Executive

to manage daily accounting operations, documentation, and financial reporting. The role requires strong accounting knowledge and coordination with purchase, production, stores, and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Accounting

Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries. Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and maintain vouchers. Handle petty cash and daily expense entries. Maintain updated ledgers and verify supporting documents.

2. Reconciliation

Perform bank reconciliation statements regularly. Reconcile vendor and customer accounts. Follow up on receivables and update outstanding reports.

3. Inventory & Production Support

Coordinate with stores/production for daily raw material and finished goods updates. Record consumption, stock adjustments, and production entries. Assist in monthly stock valuation and reconciliation.

4. Taxation & Compliance

Assist in GST filings, GST purchase/sales reconciliation, and TDS entries. Prepare audit-related documentation and support statutory audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

5. MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (sales, purchases, expenses). Support management with financial data as required.

6. Coordination

Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payments. Support internal teams (sales, logistics, HR, production) with necessary documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

B.Com / M.Com with 1-3 years of accounting experience. Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry preferred. Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP

, MS Excel, GST, and basic accounting principles. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to frozen foods / food processing / trading industry. Knowledge of stock accounting, costing, cold storage charges, and production entries.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
