Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Financial Record Maintenance:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Data Entry and Reporting:

Input financial data into accounting systems with accuracy. Prepare reports on financial transactions, budgets, and expenditures. Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.

Communication and Coordination:

Respond to queries from clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding payments and account statuses. Coordinate with the finance team to resolve account discrepancies.

Administrative Support:

Assist in preparing financial statements and documentation. Organize and maintain filing systems for financial records. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Assist in tax filings and adherence to local financial regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
