1. Job Title: Account Executive



Job Summary:



The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the complete accounting cycle of the organization. This includes maintaining financial records, handling invoicing, taxation, reconciliation, payroll support, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working independently to ensure accurate financial management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle day-to-day accounting entries including journal entries, sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments. Maintain general ledger and prepare trial balance, profit & loss, and balance sheet. Prepare and manage GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company transactions. Manage accounts payable and receivable; monitor aging reports. Generate and process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes. Handle payroll processing support in coordination with HR. Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and internal financial reporting. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government departments as required. Maintain proper documentation and records of all financial transactions. Ensure timely closing of books on a monthly and annual basis.
Maintain proper records of all travel bookings and related expenses.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (M.Com or semi-qualified CA/ICWA is a plus). 0-2 years of experience in handling end-to-end accounts independently. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP.etc.). Good understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity. Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision. CRM or ERP software knowledge is a plus

Preferred Attributes:



Experience in managing audits or finalization of accounts. Familiarity with corporate finance processes and compliance. Good communication skills (written and verbal).
