Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accounts Executive

to manage day-to-day accounting activities in our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing statutory compliance, assisting in audits, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle day-to-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment, Receipt, etc.) in Tally or ERP system Maintain records of all financial transactions Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely payments and collections Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts Prepare GST returns, TDS filing, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books Maintain stock accounting and coordinate with inventory teams Support in internal and statutory audits Coordinate with CA firm and tax consultants for filings and compliance Generate and analyze financial reports as required by management

Key Skills & Qualifications:



B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company Proficient in

Tally ERP / SAP / any accounting software

Good knowledge of

GST, TDS, and other tax regulations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Basic understanding of cost accounting and inventory valuation

Preferred Attributes:



Experience in handling

factory accounts and raw material costing

Knowledge of

MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Familiar with

E-way bills, E-invoicing, and compliance portals
