The Account Executive (Entry Level) role is designed for fresh graduates and campus hires who are sincere, disciplined, and willing to learn. The position involves supporting customer coordination, driver follow-ups, and basic accounting activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The selected candidate will receive structured on-the-job training and growth opportunities within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain regular and professional follow-ups with customers regarding service updates and requirements
Coordinate and follow up with drivers for trip status, schedules, documentation, and operational support
Assist in basic accounting functions, including billing, invoicing, payment tracking, and record maintenance
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, expenses, and outstanding balances
Collect, verify, and file documents such as Proof of Delivery (PODs), bills, and statements
Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management
Support the accounts and operations team to ensure timely and efficient execution of services
Adhere strictly to company policies, timelines, confidentiality, and professional standards

Pay: ?13,500.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
