Job Description

Maintain

day-to-day accounting

for garment sales (shirts & menswear) Sales bills Sales returns Debit/Credit notes Maintain

wholesale & retail-wise ledgers

Prepare

GST working for intra-state sales (CGST/SGST)

Manage

purchase entries, stock-in/stock-out

in Tally Reconcile

sales with dispatch, challans, and stock

Manage

accounts receivable

, outstanding follow-up with customers Monthly

bank reconciliation

Assist in

TDS entries & documentation

Prepare MIS reports: sales summary, outstanding, stock ageing Coordinate with dispatch, store & sales team for data accuracy
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
