We are looking for an experienced

Account Executive/Manager

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, with proficiency in

Tally ERP-9

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bank and financial transactions. Perform reconciliation for

bank accounts, payables, and receivables

. Oversee complete financial and accounting operations. Prepare and upload bank files for cheque processing and initiate fund transfers. Ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions in the books of accounts. Generate and analyze monthly

MIS reports

. Handle tax compliance, including

TDS, GST

, and finalization of accounts. Monitor and implement changes in tax laws and ensure compliance. Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Support tax forecasting and reporting for senior management. Assist with compliance and financial documentation as required. Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in

Tally ERP-9

Strong knowledge of

TDS, GST, Client Billing

Expertise in

payables reconciliation

MIS reporting

, and

asset/business accounting
