We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven

Account Executive

with strong expertise in

SAP FICO

(Financial Accounting and Controlling). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring accurate accounting records, and leveraging SAP FICO to streamline operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions using SAP FICO modules. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely posting in SAP. Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes. Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies. Generate standard and ad-hoc financial reports using SAP. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Assist in internal and external audits by providing SAP-based documentation and reports. Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve business performance. Monitor SAP FICO configurations and raise issues for resolution. Participate in SAP-related projects including upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Hands-on experience with

SAP FICO modules

(FI - GL, AP, AR; CO - Cost Centers, Internal Orders, etc.). Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
