Key Responsibilities



Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Record all daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and journal entries. Prepare and issue professional fee invoices in compliance with the firm's billing policies. Track receivables and follow up with clients for outstanding dues. Ensure timely payment and filing of TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory dues. Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and tax filings. Process monthly salaries, reimbursements, and staff advances. Manage petty cash and reimburse firm-related expenses. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning. Manage vendor payments, office overheads, and supplier reconciliations. Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and fund transfers.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of Accounting and Income Tax. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with lawyers, clients, and vendors. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
