Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in

Tally Prime

Prepare and file

GST

returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, etc.) Handle

TDS

calculation, deduction and return filing Perform

bank reconciliation

regularly Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt records Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting files and backups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in accounting Strong knowledge of

GST

,

TDS

, and

Tally Prime

Good understanding of banking transactions and reconciliation Basic Excel knowledge (Vlookup, Pivot Table preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
