Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to manage daily accounting and finance operations including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, tax filings (GST & TDS), and preparation of financial statements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software like SAP, Oracle, and Tally, along with strong reporting and auditing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Finalize books of accounts, prepare balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

Record and manage GST & TDS filings, including working on indirect taxes.

Handle cash flow management and bank reconciliations.

Process sales and purchase invoices, journal entries, and other GL accounting tasks.

Prepare and reconcile monthly reports, including revenue, occupancy, and joint ventures.

Release vendor/client payments and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Assist with internal and statutory audits, including audit preparation and compliance.

Use of accounting software such as Tally, for day-to-day operations.

Create and maintain creditors' aging reports and debtors' statements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

3+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and tax compliance.

Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Tally, and QuickBooks.

Good understanding of financial reporting, audits, and reconciliations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, event management, or CA firms is a plus.

Hands-on experience preparing cash flow statements and joint venture reconciliations
