Key Responsibilities:

Generating tax invoices in

Tally

related to Machines, AMCs, and Services. Working on the

GeM Portal

and uploading tax invoices for government clients/customers. Uploading

Bank Guarantees

on client portals as per specifications received from selected clients. Working on the

ICEGATE Portal

for payment of Custom Duty via Net Banking with Bank of India. Handling

Bank Reconciliation

of Bank of India (BOI) and Kotak Bank accounts of Medispec. Passing

Purchase Entries in Tally

against invoices received for Machines documentation (including BOE numbers). Passing purchase entries in Tally for transactions with local vendors such as Blue Dart, computer vendors, etc. Generating

Purchase Orders (POs)

in Tally for vendors. Passing

cash entries

in Tally related to local vendor invoices and cash withdrawals. Regularly updating the

debtors list

in Excel. Regularly updating

AWB details

for insurance purposes. Handling routine operational tasks such as

daily courier bookings

through vendors like Blue Dart, Movin Courier, etc. Managing

daily banking transactions

of company's and personal accounts, including DDs, RTGS, bank documentation, and related paperwork.

Two-wheeler riding knowledge

for handling bank-related work, document submission, and other official errands.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
