Job Responsibilities
:
Payment Follow-ups
: Ensure timely collection and follow-up of outstanding payments.
Client Communication
: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
GST & TDS
: Coordinate GST and TDS-related activities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Accounting Activities
: General accounting, invoicing, and preparing financial reports.
Audit Coordination
: Work closely with Chartered Accountant (CA) and auditors during audits and financial assessments.
Other Admin Tasks
: Assist with other accounting-related administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
:
2-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Familiarity with
GST
and
TDS
compliance.
Proficiency in
general accounting activities
.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally,) is an advantage.
