We are seeking an Account Executive with shipping/logistics experience to manage client accounts, coordinate shipments, and ensure smooth communication with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client queries, shipment updates, and documentation.
Coordinate with operations and logistics for timely delivery.
Prepare quotes, invoices, and maintain account records.
Build strong client relationships and support payment follow-ups.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in shipping/logistics/freight forwarding.
Knowledge of shipping documents (BL, Invoice, PL, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
