We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance, vendor reconciliations, and advanced Excel tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) Management:
Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS as per statutory regulations.
Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and within prescribed timelines.
Maintain TDS registers and reconcile with Form 26AS and vendor records.
Respond to TDS-related queries and assist during audits.

GST (Goods and Services Tax) Compliance:
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) accurately.
Reconcile GST input tax credit and output tax liability.
Monitor changes in GST rules and ensure timely compliance.
Liaise with tax consultants and authorities as required.

Vendor Ledger Reconciliation:
Maintain and reconcile vendor ledger accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or mismatches in vendor statements and payments.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to clear outstanding balances.
Prepare reports on vendor payment status and pending dues.

Advanced Excel Usage:
Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) to analyze financial data.
Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Automate routine tasks and improve reporting efficiency using Excel tools.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and other data-driven financial projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
? Proven experience in TDS and GST compliance.
? Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations.
? Proficient in MS Excel with advanced skills.
? Good communication and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
