Full ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping in Zoho Books.
Managing payables, receivables, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
Monthly closing, reconciliation, and maintaining clean, audit-ready records.
GST, TDS, and MCA compliance, including coordination with our CA.
Tracking inventory accounting, landed costs, SKU cost structures, and working capital.
Maintaining financial documentation, invoices, and statutory records.
Preparing monthly MIS, P&L summaries, and simple cash-flow reports for the founder.
Coordinating with warehousing and logistics teams for stock and billing alignment.
Helping set up or improve lightweight accounting systems and processes as the business scales.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations, preferably in D2C, retail, or FMCG
Proficiency in ZohoBooks and Excel/Google Sheets.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, MCA filings, and compliance workflows.
Experience with inventory accounting and basic costing in product-led businesses.
Ability to work independently across bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly closes.
Comfort preparing MIS, P&L statements, dashboards, and expense reports.
High attention to detail, time management, and reliability.
