Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all transactions.
Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Generate and present financial reports to management.
Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments.
Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Assist in tax audits and provide necessary documentation.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and insights.
Record all sales, purchases, and bank statement entries in Tally on a daily basis.
