Handling broking back office operations including day-to-day transactions.
Coordinating with clients via email and calls for inquiries and issue resolutions.
Maintaining and reconciling journal ledger, passing entries, finalizing account books, pay in payout and preparing financial statements.
Coordinating with banks for smooth operations.
Handling TDS and GST payments and returns, ensuring compliance with taxation rules.
Managing internet banking operations for payments and fund transfers.
Knowledge of ROC filings and compliance requirements.
Assisting auditors in internal and statutory audits.
Monitoring Fixed Deposits and ensuring proper tracking.
Overseeing vendor payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
Opening Demat & Trading Accounts for individual clients through an online portal and processing physical forms for non-individual clients (HUF, Partnership Firm, Corporate).
Skills required:
Strong inter-personal and coordination skills
Strong Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Knowledge of MS Advance Excel, Word and Tally
Experience of Accounts in a stock broking firm is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/ Finance or a related field
Knowledge of Demat & Trading Accounts
is preferred
