We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Accountant
to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase management, payment and receipt records, and invoice preparation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Tally ERP
,
MS Excel
, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage
purchase records
, including vendor invoices and purchase orders.
Record and monitor
payments and receipts
accurately in accounting software.
Prepare and issue
sales and purchase invoices
in a timely manner.
Ensure all accounting entries are recorded properly in
Tally ERP
.
Reconcile
bank statements
,
vendor accounts
, and
customer ledgers
.
Maintain up-to-date and organized accounting documentation.
Assist with
month-end
and
year-end
financial closing activities.
Generate reports and summaries in
Excel
for management review.
Support
audits
and provide necessary documentation when required.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
