About the Role:

We are looking for a

Junior Account Executive

to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial data, and assist in statutory compliance and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to build a strong foundation in accounting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP or other accounting software. Prepare and process purchase, sales, and expense vouchers. Assist in bank reconciliation and maintenance of cash and journal books. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare data for GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions. Maintain organized filing of all financial records and documents. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as needed. Assist in payroll processing and expense management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in

Tally ERP / MS Excel

. Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical mindset. Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in an accounting role (freshers may also apply).

Salary Range:

?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,539.90 - ₹20,894.25 per month
