:
Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements.
Process invoices, payments, and expenses.
Financial Reporting
:
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Support in budget preparation and forecasting.
Taxation and Compliance
:
Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory records & sent to CA.
Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues.
Audit Support
:
Prepare documentation and support external and internal audits.
Assist in implementing audit recommendations.
Coordination
:
Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting.
Support the Senior Manager in financial analysis and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
:
MBA or bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
Good on Excel, Good hands-on using Tally software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
