Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for construction projects.
Coordinate and process vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and other project-related expenses.
Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
Perform reconciliations of bank statements, project accounts, and other ledgers.
Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and accounting regulations.
Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve billing and payment issues.
Help prepare and review cash flow statements and assist in managing project cash flow.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a construction company.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Knowledge of accounting practices, contract management, and subcontractor payment processes.
