Our requirement
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic
Account Executive L1
to join our accounts team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, assisting in financial record keeping, supporting internal audits, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of accounting experience who are eager to build their career in finance and accounting.

Your Role:
As our account executive, Your Daily Responsibilities.
1. Accounting & Record Management
Record and update daily accounting entries in
Tally Prime/ERP
.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
Process and maintain purchase, sales, and proforma invoices.
Handle credit/debit notes and maintain accurate records.
2. Financial Operations & Compliance
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment receipts.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash/bank books.
Assist with GST, TDS, and tax filings as required.
Support internal and external audits.
Manage credit and debit notes, support tax filing activities, and ensure accurate record-keeping for audits.
3. Reporting & Documentation
Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports and MIS.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Share reports with management within defined timelines.
4. Customer & Vendor Management
Follow up with customers for timely payment collection.
Place sales orders with vendors and monitor delivery schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams for expense approvals.
Create quotations as per operational requirements.
What we're looking for:
Gender: Female
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Experience - Minimum 1 years of experience in field of accounting. (Experience in IT Firm Preferable).
Skills & Competencies -
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional approach in handling customer follow-ups.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally preferred).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Quick learner with team collaboration skills.
Good time management and organizational abilities.
Job Location -
Mumbai - Kanjurmarg East. Near Railway Station.
Age Range -
20-30 Years.
Working Hours -
6 Days a week - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
